Position Summary Park Core Group is seeking an organized and motivated Entry Level Communications Associate to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. This entry-level position will support internal communications, client correspondence, operational coordination, and administrative activities related to our daily parking operations. Key Responsibilities * Assist with preparing and distributing internal communications and operational updates. * Maintain accurate communication records, files, and documentation. * Support client correspondence and respond to general inquiries in a professional manner. * Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and operational activities. * Coordinate information between office staff, supervisors, and field teams. Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High school diploma or GED required. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Basic computer proficiency, including email, Microsoft Office, and data entry. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
