What You'll Do:
As a Team Member at Play Day Cafe, your role is to ensure every child and parent has an amazing experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests with a friendly smile and providing exceptional customer service.
• Preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining quality and freshness standards.
• Monitoring play areas to ensure a safe and fun environment for all guests.
• Assisting with parties and group events, making sure everything runs smoothly and guests have a great time.
• Keeping the facility clean, safe, and in line with health regulations.
• Handling cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Bringing positive energy to each shift and being ready to help out wherever needed.

Who We're Looking For:
If you’re a reliable, positive person who loves working in a high-energy environment and being part of a team, we want to meet you! We’re looking for individuals who are energetic, self-motivated, and have a can-do attitude. Weekend availability is required. No prior experience is needed, but a friendly, outgoing personality is a must.
