Position Title:
Line Technician

Position Summary:
Hanline Foods is looking for a Line Technician who will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining production machinery to ensure the efficient processing and packaging of food products. This position requires strong attention to detail, consistent attendance, and compliance with USDA, FDA, BRC, and company safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

· Machine set up.

· Make adjustments as needed.

· Perform light maintenance.

· Keep machine running at optimal speed.

· Responding quickly to break downs, getting the line back into operation with minimal downtime.

· Complete department pre-ops to ensure on time start up.

· Ensure machines are properly started up and shut down and make sure any scheduled preventative maintenance is completed.

· Communicate with maintenance supervisor for any downtime greater than 15 minutes.

· Package and process frozen food according to USDA, FDA, BRC, and Company regulations.

· Fast paced, team-oriented work environment.

· Factory/warehouse setting.

· Associates are expected to be here every day they are scheduled be on time and stay for their entire shift.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role

· Must be able to stand for minimum of 8 hours/day

· Must be able to work minimum of 40hrs/week

· Must be able to work weekends when needed

Compensation & Hours:

Starting at $17 per hour, overtime as needed at time and a half

Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

Saturdays as needed
