Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers to create a positive and inviting store experience
• Assist customers by providing information about promotions and loyalty programs
• Perform all point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently
• Tag, hang, and stock merchandise on the sales floor to maintain store presentation
• Communicate the buying and selling process clearly to customers
• Support overall store operations and uphold company standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth store functioning

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Honest, dependable, and self-motivated with mature judgment
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Comfortable engaging with customers and working as part of a team
• Able to meet physical demands, including frequent walking, standing, stooping, climbing ladders, pushing, and repetitive lifting (up to 40 lbs)
• Good vision and coordination for inspecting and handling merchandise
