About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide patient-centered care in assisted living settings, helping residents regain independence, enhance daily functioning, and improve their quality of life.

Director of Rehabilitation Responsibilities:
As a key leader in your building, you will:

• Act as the main liaison between leadership and the facility.
• Oversee staff performance and support professional development.
• Manage administrative and operational tasks across therapy services.
• Coordinate meetings, trainings, and events for staff and residents.
• Maintain communication with residents, families, and leadership.

Requirements

• Active and valid COTA license.
• Current certification in CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required for travel to patient locations.
• Experience or familiarity with various settings, including outpatient care, geriatrics, skilled nursing facilities, inpatient care, or home health is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to demonstrate compassion and patience while working with diverse populations.
• A strong dedication to providing high-quality patient care and improving patient outcomes.
