What You'll Do:

Research and Design: Research, design, and develop RF antennas, track filters, and other electrical components.
Testing and Manufacturing: Supervise the testing and manufacturing of electrical equipment and systems.
Modeling and Simulation: Utilize C++ software engineering and computer science to model and simulate weapons, communications, or sensor systems.
Problem-Solving: Tackle unusually complex problems and provide innovative solutions.
Collaboration: Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop computer-based models and simulations.
Mentorship: Mentor and supervise employees in technical competencies.
What We're Looking For:

Experience: Experience with C++ software engineering or computer science, particularly in modeling and simulation of weapons, communications, or sensor systems.
RF Expertise: Experience with RF antennas and track filters, and knowledge of RF and radar systems.
Clearance: Secret clearance.
Education: Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering or physics, or Master's degree and 4+ years of experience.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of electrical theory and materials properties.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including in-person and virtually.
Bonus Points:

12+ years of experience in electrical engineering or physics.
Experience acting as a domain expert in an integrated product team.
Knowledge of foreign ground C4 systems, combat systems, and communication systems.
Knowledge of simulation frameworks such as ODESSA, ITASE, or AFSIM.
Top Secret clearance.
