We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Supervisor Tube Laser Operator/Laser Operator Programmer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the operation and scheduling of our advanced Trumpf Tube Laser and Flat Laser systems. Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the operation and scheduling for the Trumpf Tube Laser and Flat Laser systems.
• Operate advanced tube laser cutting equipment to cut steel tubing according to work instructions and technical drawings.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of cuts by performing regular machine maintenance and calibration.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions to set up and program the laser cutting machine.
• Monitor the production process to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Lead Tube Laser Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of laser cutting technology and machine operation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laser cutting equipment.
