Call Center Representative

Do you have 1 year of RECENT Call Center Experience? Are you able to start on 5/4/2026? Are you completely comfortable with $19.17/hr WEEKLY? This could be the perfect opportunity for you! Start date: 5/4/2026! Location: Onsite in Columbus, OH Pay: $19.17/hr WEEKLY Client Support Service Professionals handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on (client) accounts. Calls will need to respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics. Functional support areas include (client) Cash Management products and services, (client) Online (client website) and Mobile app, and general account or financial related inquiries. Successful applicants will be highly professional, career driven, and committed to World-Class Service.

Schedule: Sun-Sat 6am to 10pm (will work 5 days for an 8-hr shift each day); Candidates must be flexible to work during this time frame.

REMOTE/HYBRID Schedules:

• All candidates will work remote during training (3 weeks) and then will transition ONSITE
• After working the first 90 days, the MS management team will assess if the contingent worker will be able to start working a hybrid schedule.

Equipment requirements for for Training (REMOTE)

• Functioning computer (laptop or desktop – MAC or PC) 2008 versions or higher preferred
• Reliable high speed internet (MUST be able to plug into the ethernet. No direct WIFI)
• Quiet workspace and a phone line
• When you work onsite you will have equipment provided on the client site.
