We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team in Groveport, OH, 43125. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement of materials within our facility. Responsibilities- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, locate, and relocate products within the warehouse.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers, ensuring accurate inventory management.
- Conduct routine inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance or safety issues.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient operations.
- Assist in inventory counts and maintain accurate records of materials handled.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid forklift operator certification.
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
