Radiologic Technologist - Emergency Department

Schedule

Day 5x8-Hour Shift, 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM with no set days; requires every other Saturday and Sunday availability.

Job Description

The Radiologic Technologist will perform general X-ray exams in the Emergency Department, including reductions/traumas, pediatric exams, and portable X-rays. The position requires expertise in Emergency Room settings, Level 1 Trauma, and NICU/Neonates. Familiarity with the specified imaging systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Performing all ED general X-ray exams.
• Conducting pediatric examinations.
• Handling portable X-ray needs in units and on floors.
• Assisting with call if the traveler lives in the local area.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in radiology prior to travel.
• Active ARRT certification and Ohio State License required.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Must provide two supervisory references from the specialty.
• Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine drug screen required within 12 months of start.
