Custodian
Custodian – Franklin County Animal Shelter
Do you love working with animals and enjoy staying active? Franklin County Animal Shelter is looking for a reliable and caring Kennel Attendant to join their team!
Pay:
$17.00–$18.00 per hour
Schedule:
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Workdays: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Days off: Wednesday & Thursday
Training: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM for a few weeks
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain dog and cat kennels
- Safely move animals throughout the facility
- Assist with checking animals in and out using a computer system
- Provide care and attention to animals in a fast-paced shelter environment
Requirements:
- Must enjoy working with animals
- Dependable and willing to learn
- Comfortable with light computer use
