Step into the Night: A Day-in-the-Life at AmbaFlex

At 6:30 PM, you gear up on our Canton, OH production floor—home to AmbaFlex’s only U.S. manufacturing site and one of five facilities worldwide. As part of our Assembly team, you’ll transform precision parts into reliable spiral conveyor solutions that keep global operations moving. Through the night you’ll read drawings, assemble components to spec, verify quality, and collaborate with teammates to keep production humming—always with safety at the forefront. By 5:00 AM, you’ll see the results of your craftsmanship: tested, high-quality builds ready for the next stage.

• Monday–Thursday, 6:30 PM–5:00 AM (4/10s)

AmbaFlex is the global leader in spiral conveyor systems. Our Canton, OH facility, established in 2010, assembles components into semi-finished and finished products and is accountable for delivering on-time, high-quality builds aligned with order planning.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble mechanical components precisely to specifications and drawings
• Run quality checks to ensure product integrity and reliability
• Partner with teammates to enhance processes and throughput
• Follow all safety procedures and best practices, every time
• Contribute effectively in a fast-paced, production-focused environment

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of hands-on mechanical assembly experience
• Ability to read and interpret technical/engineering drawings and blueprints
• Comfort using hand and power tools
• Strong quality mindset and attention to detail
• Prior experience in a fast-moving production setting
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Willing and able to work the listed night shift
• Physical stamina, including the ability to lift heavy items
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient spoken and written English
• Basic computer literacy
