Position Details
We are currently looking for a Japanese Teacher for one of our clients in Columbus.
- Reference ID: 1105703
- Course Type: General
- Format: three-to-one,
- Total Hours: 30 (thirty) (15 x 2 hour sessions)
- Session length: two-hour, 40 minute session for each student, back-to- back
- Location: at the students home in Lewis Center, OH 43035
- Student Level: Beginner, Elementary and Intermediate respectively
- Students: three girls, 9, 10 and 13 years old.
- Schedule: ideally on Saturday between 12:30pm -3:30pm or 9:30am-12:30pm, or on Friday or Sunday between 4:30pm-7:30pm
- Start Date: as soon as possible
- Motivation: heritage language, they want to be able to communicat with relatives in Japan, who do not speak English.
Ideal Candidate
- Be a native Japanese speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification
- Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter
- Have a valid work permit/visa
- Live within 20 miles of the specified location
Conditions
- Schedule and location may be flexible based on availability
- Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
- Freelance, part-time position
- We are not able to sponsor visas
