Field Technical Specialist
Akkodis is seeking a Field Technical Specialist for a Contract with a client in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting technical operations and resolving routine incidents while contributing to team-driven solutions.
Rate Range: $24/hour to $25/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Field Technical Specialist Job Responsibilities Include- Apply foundational technical knowledge to operate assigned technology areas such as server administration, security management, or performance management.
- Independently resolve routine in‑scope technical incidents and collaborate with team members on more complex issues.
- Integrate technical understanding with business needs to create appropriate customer solutions within defined parameters.
- Support customer expectation management during escalations and help maintain positive relationships with account stakeholders.
- Use tools, products, and processes to meet moderately complex customer requirements and deliver consistent technical support.
- Provide analysis, recommendations, and documentation in support of team objectives while developing practical expertise in the business environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an associate degree in a technical field with relevant IT experience.
- 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in IT support, technical operations, or related fields.
- Foundational knowledge of client products, solutions, and service offerings, with the ability to apply them to customer environments.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills to resolve routine technical incidents and collaborate with customers and team members effectively.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
