Dental Front Desk Receptionist
Turabify Co. is seeking a friendly and organized Dental Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our dental practice in Franklin, OH. In this essential role, you will welcome patients, manage appointments, and handle administrative tasks that are vital to ensuring a smooth operation at the front desk. Your responsibilities will include greeting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and assisting with insurance verification and billing inquiries. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival at the office.

- Assist with insurance verification and payment processing.
- Facilitate effective communication between the dental team and patients.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in dental front office or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with an ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
- Familiarity with dental terminology, dental software, and insurance procedures is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
