Your impact

We are looking for a curious and client-focused Structural Engineering Intern to grow with our Structural team in Cincinnati, OH.

In this position you’ll be accountable for schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks, as you gain familiarity with our client’s expectations, scope, budget, and schedule. We'll rely on you to perform calculations and evaluations in the design of structures-- everything from new, multi-building complexes and manufacturing facilities, to transportation bridges, to intricate historic structure renovations and restoration or rehab of industrial facilities. Working together, you'll help design structures to withstand environmental stresses and human pressures for a better tomorrow.

Here's what you'll need

• Current enrollment in a degree seeking program in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a Structural Emphasis from an accredited program
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Excel, & Word

Ideally, you’ll also be:

• Enrolled in a master’s in Structural Engineering at an accredited program

• Technically proficient in programs such as: RISA-3D, Matlab, STAAD, BlueBeam, finite analysis software, 3D structural analysis software

Posted Salary Range: Upper

58,000.00

The base salary range for this position is $47,000.00 to $58,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
