Therapy Services Manager
Full Time Position
Duties
Manage and direct the operation of the Therapy Services Department including development and monitoring of an annual budget and strategic plans while ensuring department productivity. Supervision of SLPs, PTs, OTs, and clinical support staff and provide direct evaluation and therapy services to both adult and pediatric clients.
Qualifications
A Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university and licensure as appropriate to the degree according to the State of Ohio. Three to five years of clinical management/supervisory experience. Pediatric facility experience is highly preferred. Outstanding oral, written, electronic and interpersonal communication and leadership skills are a must.
