Hybrid - In Office/Work from Home

• Onboard new hires by preparing orientation materials and coordinating initial paperwork.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR information system.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Support the HR Manager with various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and generating reports.
• Help organize company events and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
• Process payroll in the ADP System

• Strong time management, organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in an HR administrative role or internship is a plus..
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Power Point).
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute.
• Hybrid Remote means - In Office/Work from Home.
• Must live locally for in office days.
