We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of concrete scope items for our commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be adept at generating customer proposals, developing project strategies, and ensuring the successful execution and closeout of projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and quantify all necessary concrete scope items and collaborate in developing a big strategy for a project.

• Generate customer proposals and preliminary schedules.

• Perform job setup for projects, including initial contract review, cost codes, and preliminary budget.

• Generate and maintain correct and timely project information.

• Create preliminary schedules for projects.

• Perform organized and accurate takeoffs for projects.

• Collaborate with the Project Lead and other operational support to develop accurate project plans.

• Communicate information, solutions, and opportunities to the entire team when necessary.

• Compile daily job cost reports to ensure costs and quantities align with the budget.

• Create change orders after understanding customer expectations.

• Execute detailed project closeouts.

Essential Skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Plain City, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Plain City,OH.
