The Opportunity:
The Representative II, Provisioning will perform Access Management functions for Ensemble and client systems based on defined standards and procedures.
This role is responsible for compliance of both Ensemble and client provisioning processes.
- Provision access and accounts according to defined processes and security requirements
- Manage day to day account management for all user accounts
- Assist associates with troubleshooting access issues including password resets
- Terminate accounts and access
- Assist with onboarding and acquisition of account management responsibilities for new applications and new clients
- Assist with data gathering for audits and any reconciliation needed
- Familiar with Ensemble and Client Security and Compliance policies related to access
Preferred Education:
- Bachelors Degree
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years IT experience
- Experience in Information Access Management preferred
- Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
- Strong process, communication and organization skills; ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment
- This position pays between $24.00-25.35/hour, based on experience
- Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.
- This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require.
