  • Manage contingency management orders, including preparing and distributing items to the residential facility.
  • Support client enrollment in specialty groups and aftercare during transition.

  • Assist clients with daily living skills, chore list development, and recreational planning.
  • Coordinate and/or provide transportation to appointments (medical, legal, housing).
  • Support clients in accessing health insurance, food benefits, and initial medical appointments.
  • Link clients with appropriate housing services (e.g. Transitional, Housing, Outpatient, Metropolitan Housing).
  • Maintain regular communication with Medical Department regarding client care.
  • Maintain required productivity expectations. Complete all necessary paperwork, including releases and documentation for benefits.
  • Hold a punctual and predictable work schedule. Attend staff meetings, training, and clinical discussions as required.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with professional ethics and applicable laws.
  • Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with appropriate boundaries.
  • Practice within areas of professional competency and adhere to legal certification standards.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with community agencies and referral sources.
  • Provide community education on addiction, domestic violence, and sexual assault as opportunities arise.
  • Assist clients with navigating municipal, common pleas, and domestic relations courts.
What You’ll Bring
  • High school diploma, or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Counseling or related field preferred.
  • CDCA required upon hire; must be licensed or license-eligible in Ohio.
  • One year of experience in substance use disorder and addiction treatment preferred.
  • Must be eligible for an NPI number and Ohio Medicaid number for billing purposes.
  • May not receive clinical services at OneEighty.

  • Must submit to a criminal background check.
  • Must be trained in administering Narcan.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) and Electronic Health Records.
