Temp to Hire Sales Associate Vape Enthusiast

Looking for a honest, productive, upbeat and self-motivated individual. The daily responsibilities of a sales associate include providing excellent customer service to customers in the store, operating a cash register and lottery machine, tracking cigarette and lottery inventories, cleaning and stocking the store, putting away vendor deliveries, selling and activating phones. This job requires some basic knowledge, basic PC skills, and familiar with using vapes.

Salaried base pay some overtime when necessary. Starting training pay is $11/hour to see if you are a good fit for this job.

Work Schedule Hours

Monday- Sat 12 pm-5 pm

Responsibilities:

• Provides fast, friendly customer service to all customers.
• Operates a cash register and lottery machine.
• Tracks inventory with daily logs
• Cleans and maintains store as needed.
• Processes vendor deliveries and replenishes store product.
• Makes sure the store is visually pleasing, neatly stocked and everything is priced tagged.
• Completes daily paperwork accounting for all transactions.
• Motivated to sell phones and vapes.

Qualifications:21 years of age

• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to work up to 30 hours between the hours of 12 AM-5 PM including Saturdays and some holidays
• Self motivated , self-efficient, and hard working.
• Excellent communication skills and team player
• Physical dexterity required : light lifting of 10-30 lbs of merchandise for restocking and ability to be able to bend down to reach for things in display cases
• You must be able to multitask and communicate effectively with your fellow staff, while being open to new ideas. Excellent customer service skills and communication are a must, as well as a flexible schedule.
• Knowledge and passion of Vape products and willing to learn new items
• Knowledge on using a computer and internet.

Must pass a background and drug test

Following written and verbal instructions.

Self motivated and self sufficient to complete the work.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Our Retail Sales Associates are expected to have a professional appearance and demeanor and a sincere interest in helping customers. Previous cashiering or retail customer service, cell phone sales and activation experience is strongly preferred. The ability to communicate professionally and handle multiple customers is required. Our associates must be able to lift up to 30 lbs., stand for prolonged periods of time and, may be required to work mornings, nights, weekends and holidays. A high school diploma or equivalent. The ability to drive world-class customer experiences and results is a must. Part time or Full time position available. Compensation is based on your experience.
