Schedule: Monday–Saturday (hours may vary but normal operating hours are 6am-3:30pm). Must be available to work until 6:30pm.
Pay: $19/hr
Location: Delta, OH
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our warehouse and production team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, managing product labeling, and ensuring smooth product flow between warehouse and production areas. You'll play an essential part in keeping operations efficient, organized, and compliant with safety and quality standards.
What You'll Do

• Track, count, and reconcile inventory of raw and finished products.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Create and distribute product labels, stickers, and pallet tags.
• Ensure products are correctly tagged, weighed, and recorded.
• Allocate products to production lines based on schedules and shipping times.
• Monitor cooler/warehouse areas for products needing labeling or verification.
• Work with production and warehouse teams to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
• Support additional warehouse and gatekeeping tasks as needed.

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Solid math and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and adaptability.
• Prior experience in inventory or produce handling is an asset.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Must be able to work Monday–Saturday, with fluctuating hours starting as early as 4:00 AM.

• Warehouse and production floor setting (temperature-controlled and cooler areas).
• Mix of desk work, walking, and standing.
• Occasional bending, lifting, and reaching required.
