Position Overview

Communiboost We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team as Call Center Agents. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support. In this fast-paced environment, you will handle a variety of inquiries, resolve issues, and guide customers through their experiences with our products and services.

Salary Range: $21.00 - $30.25 hourly

Location: Akron, OH

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to handle customer requests and inquiries.
  • Assist customers with order placement, account issues, and service inquiries.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in using computers and familiarity with call center software.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
