Hr Site Coordinator

We are looking for a high-energy Talent & Relationship Site Coordinator who can do it all. In this fast-moving, hybrid role, you won't just source and onboard 10+ new hires a week—you will own their entire journey, from running background checks to managing payroll and resolving HR needs.

If you are a master multi-tasker who loves building thrive-worthy client relationships and guiding candidates from their first interview to their first payday, we want you on our team!

salary: $26 - $28 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

-Fast Paced and High Volume Recruitment (along with onboarding talent- running backgrounds and conducting drug screenings)

-Posting job ads and responding to candidates at a fast pace

-Able to maintain a pipeline of candidates, bringing in around 10 new hires per week- sometimes more!

-Manage the candidates you hire on- not only will you recruit, but you will manage the talent you've recruited (payroll, HR Issues, etc...)

-Client satisfaction- working hand-in-hand with our client to ensure our partnership is thriving

-Room for growthand promotion

-Experience in recruiting for manufacturing positions a plus
