New and Used Car Sales Consultant

Whites Ford is seeking a motivated and customer-focused New and Used Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while guiding clients through the vehicle purchasing process. You will assist customers in selecting the perfect new or used vehicle that meets their needs, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate new or used vehicles.

- Provide detailed information on vehicle features, options, and pricing.

- Conduct test drives and highlight the benefits of various models.

- Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and market trends.

- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

- Collaborate with the finance team to facilitate the financing process for customers.

- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in automotive sales or related field preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Pay: $72,315.00 - $84,718.00 per year
