Job Description
We are conducting a confidential search for a reputable international manufacturing organization seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic in Columbus, OH . This is a key role supporting daily plant operations , preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring equipment reliability and workplace safety .

️ Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine mechanical and electrical maintenance on plant equipment.

• Ensure operational uptime through troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative care.

• Support project installations , plant upgrades, and equipment relocations.

• Maintain safety and equipment compliance per operational standards.

• Use tools including welders, forklifts, and diagnostic devices.

Minimum Qualifications

• Technical certification (or equivalent experience).

• 3+ years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing.

• ️ Ability to weld (TIG/MIG/Plasma) and operate various shop tools .

• ️ Working knowledge of pumps, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems .

• Experience operating forklifts and participating in project installations .
