Travel Ultrasound Tech Job
- Weekly pay: $2,891 - $3,076 per week
- Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week
- Contract duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: Four 10-hour days, Monday–Thursday (6:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.)
- Start date: June 8, 2026
- Setting: Clinic-based vascular imaging role in Zanesville, OH
- Required: RVT or RVS credential; 2+ years in a Vein Treatment Program with venous insufficiency exams and venous ablations Responsibilities
- Perform vascular duplex ultrasound examinations to evaluate venous systems, including superficial and deep veins, and assess venous insufficiency.
- Conduct complete Venous Insufficiency Examinations and assist with thermal, chemical, and foam venous ablations as part of the vein treatment program.
- Document findings clearly, generate standardized reports, and contribute to treatment planning and patient care.
- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensure image quality, follow infection control protocols, and position patients appropriately for accurate exams.
- Collaborate with vascular specialists to coordinate imaging and follow-up procedures; communicate results to the care team and document in the patient record.
- Adhere to regulatory and facility policies, maintain patient confidentiality, and prioritize patient safety during all imaging procedures. Requirements
- RVT or RVS credential required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Vein Treatment Program with venous insufficiency exams and thermal, chemical, and foam venous ablations
- Proficiency in vascular duplex imaging, venous mapping, and standardized reporting
- Ability to work in a clinic setting on a 4x10-hour shift schedule (Mon–Thu, 6:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.)
