What you'll do here:
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to successfully roll out launches and initiatives within the sales organization, ensuring they are implemented on time, within budget, and according to defined objectives.
- Lead ambitious projects from start to finish, ensuring achievements are reached.
- Track and report project progress, resolve any emerging issues, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Develop world-class project management plans and strategies to compete effectively in the market.
- Develop detailed plans for introducing new and custom solutions, including timelines, achievements, and prioritization.
- Proactively identify solutions that align with strategic sales initiatives.
- Train end-users on how to use the new process effectively and provide ongoing support.
- Assess the impact of new changes on sales teams, identifying potential challenges and resistance areas.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and other departments to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of change implementation, measuring adoption rates and identifying areas for improvement.
Skills you will need here:
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in education or sales sectors.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adhere to project timelines and budgets.
- A positive and inclusive attitude to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Baseline understanding of the end-to-end sales journey.
- Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve implementation challenges.
- Experience with Salesforce, Smartsheets, and Microsoft 365 preferred.

Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
In this position, you will be eligible to participate in the company’s discretionary incentive bonus program. This position's bonus target amount, which is not guaranteed and is dependent on individual performance and overall company results among other factors, is provided below.
10% Annual: Individual Target$67,000.00 - $107,000.00 USD
