Job Description

Join a well-established West-side Cleveland company as a General Laborer . We are seeking reliable candidates who are looking for a long-term career in a manufacturing environment. This role involves working with machine equipment, assembling parts for processing, and ensuring quality production.

Responsibilities:

• Rack and assemble various parts using baskets, racks, and fixtures
• Operate standard machine equipment and remove parts after processing
• Cool parts using air, water, salt, or other baths
• Perform grinding, sanding, and buffing of parts
• Follow safety procedures and production guidelines

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Strong time management skills
• Ability to work as a team in a fast-paced environment
• Capability to read and interpret instructions
• Comfortable using a variety of tools and equipment as needed
