Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications accurately under the direct supervision of the pharmacy manager to ensure quality and safety
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and in line with organizational standards
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth pharmacy operations and patient satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Active and clear pharmacy license in the state of Ohio
- Minimum of one year recent experience in retail pharmacy settings, demonstrating strong clinical and communication skills
