Sales Manager – $150K–$250K | Leadership-Focused Career Growth Opportunity

One of the fastest-growing home improvement companies in the region is expanding aggressively and looking for a driven, dynamic Sales Manager ready to take their leadership career to the next level.

This is a rare opportunity for an emerging leader to step into a high-earning role with a clear path to advancement. Over the next six months, you’ll receive hands-on industry training while learning our proven lead generation systems, sales methodologies, and performance-driven management approach.

Responsibilities:

• Coach, train, and mentor a team of high-performing sales reps



• Drive sales results through leadership, motivation, and accountability



• Collaborate closely with Installation, Marketing, and Admin teams to ensure smooth operations



• Execute company sales strategies and follow through with precision

• Strong communication and persuasion skills



• Prior management or team leadership experience is A Must
  



• Track record of meeting or exceeding targets



• College education is a plus



• Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed

Compensation & Perks:
