MASTER AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN

JOIN OUR TEAMJoseph Buick GMC is seeking an experienced Master Automotive Technician to join our growing service department. We are looking for a highly skilled technician who takes pride in diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues while helping mentor and develop other technicians.
POSITION DETAILS Job Title: Master Automotive Technician
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Reports To: Service Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and diagnose mechanical issues
- Perform advanced computerized diagnostic testing
- Repair and replace worn or malfunctioning components
- Complete repairs and maintenance to manufacturer and dealership standards
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety requirements
- Provide guidance and training to junior technicians
- Accurately document inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance performed
- Stay current with advancements in automotive technology and repair procedures
- Proven experience as a Master Automotive Technician
- Excellent knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic tools
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex automotive issues
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Driver's License required
