Are you a natural leader who takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly? Environment Control is looking for a dependable and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to lead our commercial cleaning teams and help deliver exceptional service to our clients every day.

If you have janitorial or commercial cleaning experience and enjoy working with people, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

SCHEDULE

✔ Monday–Friday
✔ Typical Hours: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
✔ Occasional weekends as needed
✔ Flexible availability required

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Supervise and support janitorial staff at commercial accounts
• Assign daily tasks and manage work schedules
• Monitor attendance, performance, and quality standards
• Conduct inspections to ensure excellent cleaning results
• Train new employees on cleaning procedures and safety policies
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment
• Deliver supplies and equipment to job sites when needed
• Communicate professionally with clients and resolve concerns
• Enforce company policies and maintain safety standards
• Complete reports and daily documentation

✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✔ Previous supervisory experience required
(Janitorial/commercial cleaning experience preferred)

✔ Strong leadership and communication skills

✔ Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

✔ Ability to manage time and solve problems effectively

✔ Valid driver’s license required

✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

✔ Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends

✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS!
