As an Inside Account Executive, you will collaborate with a world-class team, play a role in groundbreaking projects, and contribute to the advancement of education! Job Responsibilities As an Inside Account Executive, your primary responsibilities will involve:- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Successfully implementing sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborating with marketing and product teams to ensure the flawless execution of sales initiatives.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to determine potential opportunities for growth.
- Providing outstanding customer service and support to address client queries and concerns.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- A proven track record in sales, preferably within the education or technology sectors.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and an attitude geared towards achieving outcomes.
- The ability to work independently and as part of an ambitious team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
