Job Description We are seeking motivated individuals to join a leading International Automotive Small-Parts Manufacturer in Medina County, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for packing parts for shipping, ensuring quality control, and performing general warehouse duties. Responsibilities:

• Packing parts for shipping
• Shrink-wrapping products
• Quality control checks and data entry
• General warehouse duties

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Motivation and the ability to meet job performance expectations
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
