Our quickly expanding company has an immediate need for experienced construction plumber to help oversee multiple rennovation projects at apartment complexes in the Columbus, OH area.

Ideal candidate must be upbeat, self-motivated, able to work both independently and as a team, multi-task and demonstrate excellent communication and people skills, both written and oral.

The right candidate will have experience and knowledge of standard plumbing repairs as well as the ability to perform basic maintenance. The right candidate will also be familiar with a variety of plumbing products, including plumbing tools and supplies.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings
• Install and repair water supply lines and drainage systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues
• Manage and maintain plumbing tools and equipment
• Ensure adherence to plumbing codes and regulations

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in commercial plumbing
• Must have own tools and reliable transportation
• Must have Liability insurance policy or ability to obtain coverage upon hire

Schedule: Flexible-Monday through Friday
