Delivery Representative – London Cleaners

Established in 1967, London Cleaners is a family-owned and operated, environmentally conscious dry cleaner dedicated to quality and reliability. We provide complimentary pickup and delivery services to residences and workplaces across the Greater Cleveland area. We are seeking a Delivery Representative to join our team. This position is crucial to maintaining and growing our reputation for outstanding service. Route representatives are key members of our service and sales team, responsible for servicing existing customers, growing our customer base, and earning bonuses based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely pick up and deliver customer orders with a branded company vehicle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing special requests professionally.
• Promote and sell services to new customers to drive consistent business growth.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order handling.
• Organize, inspect, and rack orders for accurate and on-time delivery.
• Maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of the delivery vehicle.

Requirements:

• Friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in deliveries.
• Capability to lift 30+ pounds as needed.
• Basic knowledge of fabrics and garment types (helpful but not required).

Job Details:

• Type : Full-time
• Salary : $15-$17 per hour + potential bonuses
• Schedule : Day shift, Monday to Friday
• Experience : No prior experience required; we’ll provide training.

Work Location : Based out of one location within the Greater Cleveland area.
