Personal Assistant to CEO

Turabify Co. is searching for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO in Franklin, OH. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings, and handling administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the executive office. This role requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail. You will be the first point of contact for internal and external communications, facilitating important connections and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
  • Prepare and coordinate documents for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and other staff members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Handle travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for the CEO.
  • Assist in managing special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive company information and communications.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in all matters.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
