Advisor Operations Associate

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated and service-oriented professional to join our Investment Operations team as an  Advisor Operations Associate .

In this role, you’ll serve as a key connection point between our internal operations teams and our network of financial professionals. You’ll help ensure smooth day-to-day operations by supporting, training, and problem-solving alongside our partners.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and building expertise across systems, operations, and financial services.

What You’ll  Do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for financial professionals, providing timely support and solutions to operational and technology-related questions
  
• Troubleshoot issues, conduct research, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex cases
  
• Deliver onboarding and ongoing training to partners on systems, workflows, and best practices
  
• Support the rollout of new processes, tools, and operational updates
  
• Help plan and contribute to internal events, training sessions, and educational forums
  
• Assist with administrative coordination across custodians, account changes, and operational processes
  
• Contribute to research and evaluation of financial technology tools and industry trends
  
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall partner experience

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
  
• 1–3 years of experience in financial services, operations, or client support
  
• Experience working with CRM systems, document management tools, or workflow platforms
  
• Exposure to financial products, investment operations, or advisory services

Salary Range: $50,000 - 60,000

Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills, and experience.

Physical Demands

This is a largely sedentary role; however, some walking is required. Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed. This position may require walking primarily on a level surface for short periods of time.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

Days and typical hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must work 40 hours per week to maintain full-time status.

Up to 2 days WFH per week, per policy
