At Fresh Mark’s Canton, OH facility, you’ll join a fast-moving food production team that keeps America’s tables stocked. Picture your day on the line: you arrive ready to follow strict safety procedures, work steadily in a cool manufacturing environment, stay on your feet, and help move quality meats through each stage of processing and packaging.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full Time
• Hourly Rate: Starting at $15.00–$16.50 per hour
• Shift Differential: $1.50/hour for 2nd and 3rd shift
• Growth: Opportunity to bid to higher-paying positions after 6 months
• Compensation Note: Hourly rate is determined by position and will be discussed during the interview

Typical Schedules

• Monday–Saturday operation
• 1st Shift: 6:00am–2:30pm
• 2nd Shift: 2:30pm–Midnight
• 3rd Shift: 10:00pm–6:00am

What you’ll do

• Adhere to all safety and security procedures
• Work efficiently in a cool, refrigerated production setting
• Stand for extended periods; bend and twist as needed
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Work overtime and weekends when business needs arise
