Borcherding Buick GMC has a need for an Express Service Advisor in our Quick Lane! This individual must be energetic, have a friendly, approachable personality, be able to multitask in a high-paced setting, be computer literate, and have a neat and clean appearance. This position will ensure the customer is in and out in a short time for basic services such as oil changes, some filters, bulbs, and tire rotations. This position is focused on efficiency and customer satisfaction. Based on performance, this position has the potential to lead to future advancement. This position is a great step towards potentially becoming a main shop Service Advisor in the future with income opportunities not found in most other industries!

Schedule is a 5-day work week including some Saturdays.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Current experience in a customer contact position
• Computer literate
• High school graduate; college a plus
• Satisfactory employment references
• Pass background check
• Pass Drug Test
