Qualifications:
- Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Licensure: Eligible for Ohio medical licensure.
- Certification: Board Certified in Family Medicine.
- Experience: Open to New Graduates, but experienced candidates are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Comprehensive primary care, quality improvement, clinical leadership.
- Soft Skills: Leadership, mentorship, collaboration, strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to providers and support staff.
- Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
- Lead quality improvement efforts and ensure clinical excellence.
- Collaborate with leadership on new projects and care initiatives.
- Support recruitment, development, and retention of clinical staff.
- Participate in continuing education and maintain board certification.
