Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to create a positive and enjoyable store experience.
• Perform all point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Inform customers about current promotions and loyalty programs.
• Tag, hang, and stock merchandise on the sales floor to ensure a well-organized store.
• Clearly communicate the buying and selling process to customers.
• Assist with maintaining store operations and standards as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Honest, dependable, and self-motivated with mature judgment and a strong sense of urgency.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Ability to frequently walk, stand, stoop, climb ladders, push, and perform repetitive lifting (up to 40 lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect items closely.
