Customer Service Representative - Westerville

Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers to create a positive and enjoyable store experience.
- Perform all point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Inform customers about current promotions and loyalty programs.
- Tag, hang, and stock merchandise on the sales floor to ensure a well-organized store.
- Clearly communicate the buying and selling process to customers.
- Assist with maintaining store operations and standards as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Honest, dependable, and self-motivated with mature judgment and a strong sense of urgency.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Ability to frequently walk, stand, stoop, climb ladders, push, and perform repetitive lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect items closely.
