Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and complete Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) Crew to join our team for long-term project deployment in Lucas County, Ohio . We offer solid, steady work in a highly active and growing market.
While we prefer a complete, pre-established crew, we are also open to hiring individual top-tier talent to form the team.
Positions Needed:
- Drill Operator (Maquinista): Proficient in operating a Ditch Witch JT21 . Must have experience tracking ground conditions, managing fluid mixes, and maintaining high safety standards.
- HDD Locator (Localizador): Experienced with modern locating systems (Subsite/DigiTrak). Must be precise, able to read prints/bore paths, and maintain clear communication with the operator.
- Drill Laborers (Paleros / Apoyo): Hand-digging potholes, utility verification, mixing mud, tracking product pipe, and general job site support.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD).
- English proficiency is preferred for safety, utility coordination, and on-site communication.
- Valid Driver’s License (CDL Class A is a huge plus for operators/locators).
- Strong commitment to safety, utility potholing, and damage prevention.
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions and handle physical labor.
