In-Home Sales Specialist

Urgently Hiring AllPhase is hiring an In-Home Specialist for a full-time position.

As an In-Home Mitigation Specialist, you will determine the scope of work and provide estimates to homeowners in their times of need. Our customer service team pre-screens, pre-qualifies and sets up appointments with customers for the Sales Support/Area Manager with the help of our dispatch department. This position requires no cold calling but high sales techniques to complete the "one visit close" in-home appointments.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with homeowners for in-home appointments (qualified leads are provided for you so no cold calling is needed)
• Work with homeowners to determine the scope of work and provide estimates.
• Provide solutions to homeowners in a time of need
• Execute top-notch customer service as a Sales Mitigation Specialist
• Manage remediation crews to ensure progress and compliance of job
• Monitor job status and communicate job status with customers, company management, and insurance carriers
• Ensure to respond within one hour of receiving a notice for new jobs
• Process all documentation and ensure it is completed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of sales experience
• Xactimate and DASH experience preferred but not required
• Computer skills are required with the ability to learn new systems.
• Basic math skills
• Proficient in technology and dealing with equipment and software
• Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays
• Ability to speak persuasively and respectfully with all people
• Stable work history with a strong work ethic
• Ability to successfully close sales
• Commitment to exceeding customer satisfaction
• A positive attitude
• Self motivated
• Determination and drive to win.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory record
• Clear criminal background
• Ability to pass drug screen
• Occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.
