Advisor Position at Consume Cannabis Co.

The goal of Consume Cannabis Co. is to ensure that all customers have the best possible experience with cannabis. The role of Advisor is crucial to accomplishing this goal as Advisors are the customer's first point of contact with Consume Cannabis Co. Advisors will assist new and returning customers through tailored retail experiences, providing knowledge and guidance along the way. Advisors are responsible for greeting, assisting, and providing direction and information to all Consume Cannabis Co. visitors.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Greets all guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Scans IDs and enforces admittance policies with our on-site security provider.
• Maintains client records in compliance with State law and Company policy.
• Assists customers in selecting products; advises and educates them about safe dosage and proper consumption while processing sales transactions.
• Provides exceptional customer service Best in class.
• Answers phones and provides general support, delivers messages accordingly, and answers customer questions.
• Stays educated and updated on different types of marijuana products and methods of medicating.
• Stays up to date on product promotions and sales.
• Processes online orders and assists with curbside pick-up orders by getting necessary documents verified, taking payment, and bringing out the order, if online ordering and curbside pickup is available at the location.
• Conducts accurate inventory counts of all products (as needed).
• Assists in stocking products.
• Cleans and organizes dispensary with rest of team (clean bathrooms, take out garbage, sweep floors/parking lot, mop, etc.).
• Works on special projects and assignments designated by management.
• Performs other duties.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
• Prolonged periods of standing.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.

Must Haves:

Education and Experience:

• To remain compliant with state law, must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and always looking to improve.
• Ability to multi-task and take direction.
• Attention to detail.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in high-volume retail or hospitality environment preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Knowledge and understanding of cannabis products preferred.

Rewards:

• Starting rate of pay is $15.50 per hour.
