Trelevate is expanding into Columbus, OH , and we’re looking for a hands-on Outside Sales Manager to build and lead a new sales team. If you're a self-motivated sales leader who thrives on hunting for new business, coaching reps , and driving full-cycle sales success , this is your opportunity to make a major impact.

What You’ll Do

• Build & Lead Your Team : Hire and mentor a high-performing sales team capable of selling premium energy solutions to business clients.

• Own the Sales Process : Roll up your sleeves and lead by example—prospect, close deals, and develop scalable strategies for repeatable success.

• Coach for Excellence: Train, support, and continuously develop your reps to meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets.

• Drive Market Growth: Launch and grow Trelevate’s presence in Columbus through smart strategy, relationship-building, and field leadership.

What You’ll Earn

• First-Year Earnings Potential: $80,000–$120,000 OTE (Base salary, team overrides, and personal commissions)
