Sandusky Yacht Club is looking for an experienced professional to join our culinary team. Must be able to demonstrate basic knife skills and cooking techniques to complete a daily task list. Multi-tasking while following detailed instructions a must.
PM Pantry Cook is responsible for making salads and other cold entrees to order from our ala carte menu. Must be able to completely set-up and tear down their station as assigned. Bulk prep items for both ala carte and banquet operations.
Assists Executive Chef with tasks through-out the week as assigned. We are open year around. Position is 35-45 hrs per week and full benefits may be achieved. We work a 5-day work week. Must be able to work nights, holidays, and weekends. Flexible with time off based on proper notice.
Paid Holidays off (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years Day).
