Ive been honored to serve as a State Farm agent since 2013 and value myself on bringing a deep commitment to integrity, community, and exceptional customer service. Our agency is a close-knit team of six dedicated professionals, and together weve built one of the strongest reputations in the area. Beyond the office, community involvement is important to me, and Ive spent many years volunteering as a coach for girls travel softball teams and continue to mentor young female athletes who have gone on to compete at the collegiate level. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Brian Davis - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
